I have sky stream/hub but want to upgrade to skyq so I can record etc. how do I do this. When I go to MySky it doesn't give me the option

Hi @Jneassle you will have to ring Sky as it will involve an engineer to fit a Sky Dish you will also need a viewing card as well if this is a new Sky Q install

Also the Sky Stream will need to be returned as the equipment is now loaned if you got Sky Stream after 23rd February 2023

Also the Sky Q free upgrade option is usually the Sky Q 1TB non UHD non HDR

It's no point paying for the UHD subscription if the box you receive doesn't support it

When you ring don't forget to ask about what offers are available for switching to Sky Q
