Moved House Need Sky Stream at New Address

I have moved house and at at my old address I have a sky Q account

I would like tohave Sky Stream delivered to my new address, but cannot change my address on my current sky account withoiut booking an engineer to install a satellite dish at the new address which I do not require.

Do I have to get the Sky Stream delivered to my old address and then change the address?

@PhilC2812 Unfortunately this is a customer forum and not Sky so all you can do is to phone them.

However remember to keep all your Q equipment until you are asked for it back and then keep the proof of posting so you don't get charged a non return fee.

A Stream subscription replaces Q. I'd suggest you need to get the change of address sorted without a Home Move, and then order Stream, but there's a distinct possibility that the Sky systems won't make that straightforward.
