Hello,

I have been told that a new sky box would be delivered today from 8am to 1pm but nothing has turned up yet? I have waited in for this to be delivered so please can you let me know when this will be delivered?

If this is what is described as a doorstep swap of boxes don't forget to keep the viewing card from your old box.
