      <title>Equipment Return Terms</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am happy for sky to have their equipment back &amp;amp; was aware that it was on loan. However, i was disturbed to be informed that, apparently, although the specifics of the contract terms could not be detailed by the sky employee, i am legally bound to dismantle the equipment that was installed by a sky engineer (i was charged a set-up fee for this), use my free time to pack the items in the pre-paid packaging sky will post to my address &amp;amp; take all of this to my local post office which is not within walking distance, so further to my time, i have to cover fuel costs, wear &amp;amp; tear to my personal vehicle, pay parking charges, walk through the precinct &amp;amp; wait in the , often heavy, queue for the counter &amp;amp; then return home. &amp;amp; unless i do this, i will be "fined" (sky phone operator terminology) £160 &amp;amp; i must ensure delivery occurs within a 60 day period. Am i correct? Can these specificis be referred to in the terms &amp;amp; conditions of my skyq contract, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
