First thing is to check that HDMI cable is propely connected at both ends

If your TV (or SOundbar) is not cable of decoding Dolby Digital, double check the setting in

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual
Digital audio output HDMI

is set to Normal

If still no joy I suggest a full power down restart of both your SKY Box & then, if still having problems. your TV:

Use the remote to place it into standby mode

Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

Wait at least 30s

Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
