      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just re-signed up for sky signature, but its asking for me to insert my viewing card which is already in the box. And now its saying technical fault, i was told that my sky would just come straight back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
