Hi @Mike+2021 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

I've tried that and it hasn't worked

I'm wondering would the very hot weather affect the coverage

@Mike+2021 Nothing to do with weather (unless it was heaving rain or snow) as the signal you get is a nationwide coverage, if the weather affected a satellite signal in this way you can bet there woud be dozens of posts/threads about it.

It is likely to either me a LNB or dish issue and you'll need to contact Sky to arrnage an engineer visit.
