Tv screen blank with sound then no sound remote does not work

Tv screen went black whilst viewing, sound stayed on but remote won't work. Turned tv off unplugged waited 60 seconds turned back on and still black but with no sound remote still not working. Tried unplugging etc several times, sound sometimes on. Remote won't work anything but manual standby worked and some times the manual sound, nothing else

Hi @S2e

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote. (Q box needs to be on with Green LED)
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Set up a different tv and everything is working ok 👍
