Upgrade offer to SkyQ

I received a couple of txt messages & emails recently asking me to move from SkyHD+ to SkyQ with no iincrease in costs but i only have one TV - I understand that SkyQ provides two boxes - am I going to lose some features or channels if I don't upgrade? I really have no intention of buyng a second TV as I don't need one ....

SKY Q does not automatically come with 2 boxes although often the 'free upgrade' may be dependent on taking out the multiscreen add on with a second box but you may also be able to negotiate a deal without it - it all depends on the deals they have available when you call

I would also suggest you read some notes I have put together for people considering moving:

SKY +/HD to SKY Q

I think it depends on which box you actually have as to whether you will loose some BBC channels which is stopping it's old SD channels on Satellite

If you have a SKY HD box you should be OK - other than that it just depends how long your box will last as they are now many years old
