Is this what is showing? A No signal is likely to be a TV issue.

If it a No satelite signal message your dish is out of alignment nothing can be done remotely to rectify this, you'll need to call Sky to book an engineer to check the dish.

I called sky the other day told them it's saying no signal on bbc 1 and bbc 2 . The person I spoke to said he had rectified the issue from his side but I still can't get bbc 1 or bbc 2 no signal again it's saying . I'm paying for this product and just renewed my contract with sky but would prefer to be able to watch these two channels also . I have a fourteen day cooling of period and will cancel if this is not resolved soon .

No signal and no satellite signal are different. No signal normally comes from your TV set not your Sky box.
