No sky soundbox menu on sky Q

Reconnected sky soundbox after a number of sky q problems . Lots of discussions with sky and an engineer visit . Sky supplied new hdmi lead. Everything is working but just can't get Sky soundbox on SkyQ (via ? Menu). Followed the setup menu . Hdmi control is on . The soundbox is on but can't access enhanced modes

I remember getting this and I will admit I haven't used my soundbox in ages mainly because of intermittent stuff like this.

But I remember juggling the order of stuff powering on would sometimes get the menu back. Stuff like taking the soundbox out of standby first, taking a breath then turning on q box.

Thanks but I'm being extraordinarily dense. When you say standby, do you mean to switch everything off, skyQ and Soundbox

It's all good. By standby I mean hit the power buttons on the q remote and soundbox remote to turn them off. Then bring them back on, soundbox first. I'm not saying it will definitely work but if it's all wired up the sky recommended way, that was the way I remembered getting it back.

Left the TV fir a while and Soundbox back on and showing on SkyQ . Whoopee. Thanks for your help.
