Why does Sky q support Polaroid or Majority soundbar

I bought soundbars and neither support them. I am unable to see the volume button on the sky remote. Is there anything I can do.

They are on the left side with a picture of a speaker on each.

If using HDMI and CEC-link then the volume buttons should control the volume.

(The code function is to primarily link to the TV)

Unfortunately you may need to buy a rather more reputable brand.
