Cannot set up free 6 month trial of Apple TV

I have been trying to redeem the AppleTV offer in the SkyVIP app. It takes me to an intial link, which I need to click to redeem.

It then says, "One moment while we look up your offer details" and spins for a while before taking me back to square one.

I have tried a few times and the same thing happens each time. Any suggestions?
