Check that it is not an update relating to your TV (and not your Q box).

See if your TV remote will activate or remove it.

Sky Q normally updates "behind the scenes" - the first you know it's happened is the next time you check the System info. Therefore I suspect this is an upgrade to your TV's software; you'll need to use your TV's remote to complete this
