&lt;P&gt;I suggest you try doing a full power down restart (i.e. switch off at mains or remove plug &amp;amp; wait &amp;gt;30s before re-applying power) of your Router, followed by the main box when the router is fully restarted &amp;amp; then your mini when the main box has restarted&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>sky box and multi room box says no internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After having Internet outage issues we have regained Internet but the sky box and multi room box are both saying no Internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We therefore can't watch multi room&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
