I keep getting messages from sky to upgrade from sky+ to SkyQ .

I'm quite happy to do thus but due to medical condition cannot have strangers in my house. Is it possible to fit the box myself ?

hi @Kallie

It is not ideal but it can be done as it was done during the lockdown - you would definitely need to make sure that SKY agreed to this and talk you through what might need to be done. & make sure that the engineer booked is fully aware

Does your existing box have 2 cables from the satellite as this is probably the biggest drawback if you don't.
