Sky Q Mini Remote not pairing

My Sky Q Mini box is in set up mode and I am trying to pair the remote.

I've pressed 7 and 9, the red light flashes 4 times.

I've then pointed remote at the Sky Q Mini box and pressed 1 and 3, nothing happens. Tried this about 23 times.

Any ideas anyone?

hi @PabloEscobra

if you haven;t already done so please try a full power down restart of your mini:

remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

Wait at least 30s

Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

If no joy after a restart & you are sur ethe 7&9 reset worked then try pointing the remote at your Main box making sure it has line of sight (do not do the 1 & 3 to pair) and see if it controls the main box (whilst it is infrared mode and unpaired)
