&lt;P&gt;If your hard drive has failed unfortunately you will need a replacement Q box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All recordings will be lost but any Buy and Keep from Sky Store can be downloaded to a replacement box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
