      <title>Freezing Sky Q</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The fan on my Sky Q box suddenly starts making a lot of noise - sometimes when watching TV, and sometimes when it's not even on. When it does this the Q box stops functioning, and the only solution is to turn off at the mains and restart 30 seconds later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not helpful when we are away as it fails to record.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, the other day it just froze whilst we were watching live TV and the remote wouldn't do anything - the same solution was needed to get it working again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this sound like the box is failing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky engineer required?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
