Sky q mini box won’t move off amber light

Hi my sky q mini box is stuck on amber, can't use remote nor buttons. Have tried all self help guides but no luck, including checking remote and turning off at mains . Any help appreciated

Thank you , I have tried to pair to main box, the light now goes green however it's not connecting . Can't get to set up and remote won't work, help appreciated

Hi @JueH

If you have a green light on your mini and you are sure that the HDMI TV input on the TV is set correctly for your Q box.

First try Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then try pressing

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

on the mini remote.

This will set the mini to 1080i resolution.

If the mini responds make sure that you are pointing the remote at the mini and re pair the remote by pressing 1 & 3 together and follow onscreen instructions
