@Ayaz Did you have sky q installed yesterday? The not programmed message would suggest a tv issue is your q box switched on?

Not programmed is a message from your TVs Freeview Tuner

Try Selecting an HDMI input on your TV (using either the TV remote or if it has been programmed the button on the top right of the SKY Remote with an arrow pointing into a screen outline)

@Ayaz Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

There is no "white" light on a Sky Q box! Can you confirm what lights are showing? Also, have you checked that your TV is set to the HDMI port that your Sky is plugged into?

Maybe its all the phones in front of your TV causing an issue !

But seriously... You need a green light on your Sky Q box to get a picture. On your Sky remote try pressing power button, sky button and then home button to see if the light turns green.
