On messaging sky re subscription and package, I was asked to confirm certain letters of my security password

That will be the telephone password you will have hopefully set up previously so that the agent can verify your identity.

I was asked for that as well but as an alternative they asked for the last 2 digits of the account that I pay Sky with.
