When I go to network connection it is failing to connect to my sky broadband . Please help

There is a cross by my network connection . The sky broadband works in the house . But for some reason having always worked now the sky box is suddenly not connectinng with the router

Did that also involve a restart of your router ?

If not, I suggest you try that also

I have tried that too thanks

for some reason the Broad band in the flat is working but the sky box is not recognising it . When I manually go to type in the password of sky it doesn't recognise it. And when I try it through WPS it just keeps saying unsuccessful connection. It's a mystery
