Hi, I'm trying to redeem my free 6 months apple tv and can't seem to get by the license agreement page, where am I'm going wrong?

I have the same problen. There is no "Agree" button to press so the whole thing fails. This seems to be a common problem. On my Sky app it says redeemed but not on my Sky Q. If any one finds a solution post it here and pm me.

I shifted to my desktop computer, Windows 11, with a larger screen and the "Agree" button appeared. Not at the bottom of the very very long Apple agreement but at the bottom over the agreement. So it seems that there could be screen formating issue with Apple. Any way it works on my Sky Q box and after another sign in on the mini box in another room. Oddly my account shows six months and a week free, so Sky and Apple freebee to gether.

I've tried it on my laptop (windows 7) and still no agree to click. Will try it again later incase I've missed it.

Hi trying to access the apple TV free for 6 months and get get past the agreement as there s no agree button any solution s please ?

on your mobile, use the 'pinch' gesture to zoom in/out of the webpage. I found doing that made the button appear.

I contacted Sky and they were hopeless, claiming it will only work if you have an Apple product and that it was an Apple problem not a Sky problem.

Terrible customer service.

It is only a problem if you have an Android phone. If you can't access an IPhone then try an Android tablet.

I used the link to log in on my laptop, and then zoomed out using settings to 66% and then the Accept Decline buttons appeared like magic. The site is configured for an apple screen which is a different ratio to android/windows.

@kevmidlandssee my post above. I got this to work on my laptop by zooming out. I copied the link to the site first. I don't think you can zoom out in the same way on your phone.

I haven't managed to solve it as I don't have a laptop or an I phone and sky was no good at resolving it

Yeah saw post about zooming out and tried it but didn't work for me
