&lt;P&gt;Try reloading Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Provided you can get into Netflix go to the Left Hand Netflix menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get help.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select Get help and on the next screen there is an option to reload Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
