    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp; This service is not available because of a problem with your hard drive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;(probably recordings need removing). &amp;nbsp;Dad doesn't understand how to use the controller.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;oh, and to top that the controller won't let me access the memory so I can clear the hardrive of unwanted recordings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;funny thing is, this is a common issue that keeps on emerging yet sky still hasn't corrected it, why is that? &amp;nbsp; The amount of money we pay for these services yet it's always failing, it isn't good value for money, not in my opinion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;very upsetting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;mum and dad live for their tv and I'm helpless to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;do you get refunded when the service isn't working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hard disks malfunction. &amp;nbsp;Sky will replace the box for free if it's faulty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will probably credit loss of service from date of reporting the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Q manages its own space and recordings don't generally need to be deleted)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The link below should allow you to request a new box&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so frustrated with Sky TV for the past 10 days. My recordings have vanished and I cannot record further programs. The Sky solution on -line does not work. I cannot pause a program , even briefly. The Sky solution is to tell me that the Hard Disk Drive has a problem. So, despite checking everything and rebooting as advised I am still in a mess!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
