Abiut returning power cable and hdmi cable

Do I need to return the power cable and hdmi lead as when virgin installed thier box it look like they took the power lead and hdmi lead by accident I am guessing, as realise they were missing when come to packing equipment up

You only need to return the box.

You can use whatever boxes you have if you want as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
