I wanted to know how much it would cost to upgrade so that I get Sky Atlantic & other channels but NOT sports or cinema

For Atlantic you need the base 'signature' pack. It's around £30pm but can vary on your deal/discounts.

Do you already have SKY Q (or SKY HD) ?

What 'base' package do you have - as only Essentials (which is just the FTA channels) is the only package that doesn't include SKY Atlantic.

If you don;t have Essentials , are you trying to download something from Atlantic & getting an upgrade message ?

If so try changing your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
