Also i have to set the box so many times to get the info on channels to match what im seeing

I've merged your two posts as likely they are connected. By "set the box so may times" do you mean you've rebooted the box?

Hi yes and thank you for replying....I do it a few times a month....tonight it shows that im watching something im not

If rebooting the box hasn't resolved it perhaps you could tell us;

what channel you were watching?
what programme you were watching?
what the synopsis said you were watching?
and someone may have a further suggestion to try.
