I would try powering of your box for a few minutes, while it's off check the lnb connections at the back are tightly screwed in,also give the viewing card a light wipe with a dry lint free cloth, failing that I would suggest a call to sky as your dish may have slightly moved

When I record Murdoch Mysteries on Alibi channel the recording has been steadily getting worse. Pixelation, stopping, jumping, no sound etc. Obviously I have not tried all other channels but recordings on other channels all seem to be fine. I have tried recording the programme at different times of the day but it still occurs. I have just tried to record a different programme on Alibi and a message stating "this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal....." appeared. I pressed "?" and went through all steps but no signal was the result. How can I get this resolved?

I've had exactly the same issue live or when recording. It's incredibly frustrating!! I've had the dish checked and even the non HD alibi channel won't often load - it varies but is rarely available. Has there been a frequency change or something? I've checked alll connections and followed all instructions. Note. I'm on a sky HD box.

According to satexpat.com, Alibi HD is on the same transponder frequency as ITV Meridan HD and ITV London HD. Do those work ok?
