Hi @BrenHill Are you talking about aspect ratio? The TV aspect ratio is controlled by your TV, not the Sky Q box.

Have sorted full screen it was Tv aspect not set up properly

I've tried to change the settings so that I've got full screen view instead of letterbox when watching some movies. TV people ( 4 different companies) say it should be within the Sky q as it's supplying the signal to the HDMI. I'm fed up of it tbh

They are all wrong. The TV decides what it does with the incoming 16:9 HD or 4K signal.
