Sky Q not working on mini but does on main box

This morning none of the remotes in our house will work with the sky Q mini box in one room. However they do work with all the other boxes.

We have tried the reset, pressing 7&9 then 1&3 but nothing.

The box is also suggesting it has no internet connection, however unable to do anything to get to the settings to reset this>

Does anyone have any suggestions before ringing Sky

Hi @Petehut

Have you tried switching the mini on using the Standby button on the front right of the box (the Amber led)?

If this turns the box on

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote again.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Yes we have tried that, the remote flashes but the message does not appear on the screen
