I have one older style HD box but want to upgrade to 1 sky q box but I can’t see that option

I have one older style HD box but want to upgrade to 1 sky q box but I can’t see that option But keeps telling me to add multiroom? I want to save money on my subscription which looks like sky q will do for me but I don't need multi room

Hi @Perry1986-2009 You will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor, if you want to upgrade to SKYQ from SKY+

You will need an engineer visit to install your SKYQ equipment, and change the LNB on your current dish.

As an existing subscriber you are probably being shown the 'VIP Upgrade' which has no up-front cost but does include a mandatory Mini box and so has an increased monthly subscription.
