Hi all,

watching sky on sky q box on an recently new LG tv all was fine up until a few days ago I was watching tv as normal and then the sky cut out as I had hit the standbye button but I hadn't. So tv displayed no signal I hit the standbye button again and it came back on but about 20 minutes later did the same thing. It has been going on now for a few days anyone any suggestions? I have the power saving feature turned off on the sky box so it doesn't go in to standbye after a certain period of time

Hi @Nathan94 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
