I have paramount plus through sky cinema except that I can't. Access. It ! When Igo to Apps select paramount plus and click on get paramount plus , , it buffers then goes blank then I get We'll be back soon , something went wrong but we're working on this . Please try again later . MYSKY _2998 . This has been going on for days . Anybody else having this issue ?

Hi @sal138

Are you sure that you are selecting

Get Paramount plus?

This needs to turn Blue before you select it.

Yes I'm definitely selecting Get Paramount +
