Phoned sky over 2 weeks ago about not having uhd still no fix and they gave me a 4 pound refund I dont want a refund I want uhd I've got a good TV and I want what I paid for how do I fix this matter bloody thing keeps telling me to upgrade and I already have just stuck in a loop

Hi @Gforrest96 What hardware version Sky Q box do you have? It will start with 32.

To check which Sky box you have:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote.
Select Settings followed by System info.
Check your Hardware version
