Sky Q mini box keeps freezing

Hi, wondering if someone can help as not getting much of a response from Sky. Since Saturday our sky q mini box keeps freezing on live tv and when watching recordings. I have reset both the main q box and the mini on several occassions to no success. Anyone have any other tips or know what could be causing it? It has been working fine for months and there are no problems on the main q box.

Hi @JandL88

When you say you have reset both Q boxes what reset have you carried out?

@oldfella didn't explain that very well, I have switched off both boxes at the mains and restarted them main box first followed by mini.

Ok @JandL88

Try a Network Reset on the mini.

Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini).

If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box

@oldfella this may have solved the issue, pressed the wps button on the router instead as this is nearer the mini box, so far no freezing. Will see how it goes.
