Sky Q mini box

I have a Sky Q 2B box and 3 minis I am aware that I can only use the main box and 2 minis at the same time but tonight only one mini box works with the main one on as when I try to watch one of the other mini boxes it says to many connected which is not correct. Does anyone know why?

Not too sure why but sometimes I think the 'count' gets confused.

We generally suggest a full power down restart of all boxes:

The first thing is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode

Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

Wait at least 30s

Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on each of the mini boxes.

No this has not worked, any other things I can try?
