Not so good I just went on my sky go app on my phone was very sceptical but yes it work for me. Hope you have better luck 😞

I tried to use Sky Go but it didn't work. So I used the old Sky Record app and managed to send it to my Sky Q box. The description says Episode 2, but it's Episode 6.

Yes I'm having exactly the same problem it's annoying because we've obviously missed something as it jumps straight to episode seven in the Artic sort it out sky

Same here on QBox and Sky Go. Episode 2 is where episode 6 should be and really is episode 2, with episode 6 completely missing.

Episode 2 has been loaded as episode. Has been like this for over 3 days. Come on Sky - sort it asap.

Hi there

I've been bingeing 'The Swarm', but as episode 6 came on, it repeated episode 2!! I had recorded it and realised episode 6 is actually missing.

There's no option to cast it from Sky Go, so I downloaded it to my Box and now it's telling me to upgrade to Sky Sci-fi, which isn't a subscription channel and I clearly already have it!

I just keep getting the same message

"To watch this Channel, please upgrade your subscription".

I've turned it all off/on again and tried the usual fixes, to no avail.

Anyone have any idea what's going on please ? Thank you 😊

@Phoenix+Nebula I have moved your post to the larger post relating to this problem if you read through the whole post you will see it has been reported to Sky and they are looking into this

Oh so no help then! That's really disappointing considering my bill has gone up 5 times in the last 18 months, since joining and this is just another issue on the long list.

Starting to wish I'd never left my previous provider.
