Hi , i've had an email from 'sky' offfering free SKYQ box and installation .

But its tells me i have to phone up and cant do it online (the box and free installatoion offer isnt online either)

its an 0333 number .

is this legit?

Hi @neil+watkin

There are deals for free Q installation but be aware that they normally come with the original 1 TB non UHD box and also sometimes with Sky Q Multiscreen compulsory.

I got this offer about 6 months ago, and also had to phone up. It was legit and I got Sky Q with a new dish for free. I received a UHD box and didn't need to take out multiroom or anything else - I just kept my basic Signature package with HD and UHD.

@neil+watkin Bare in mind that all Sky Q boxes are free, as they are on loan from Sky not owned by you. So, the only element of offer here is the free installation.
