Sky TV continually glitching (sky Q box)

My sky tv keep glitching, on any channel, I started having problems when my virgin media broadband went down 4 weeks ago. My internet is back up now, my sky tv settings show I am connected to the internet and have good satellite signal, but I’m still having a problem with the glitching. I have tried unplugging my sky box to reset it but that hasn’t worked. What else can I do?

Hi @Geo12345 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

@Geo12345 What is actually happening when you say your SKYQ box is "glitching"?
