      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently had my bankers card hacked which was subsequently cancel and a new card arranged. &amp;nbsp;I then received a email from yourselves saying my payment hadn't gone through and asked me to provide new bank details which I did and the payment has been taken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;on returning from my holidays yesterday I cannot get my sky to work it just says no signal. &amp;nbsp; I need to understand whether you have cancel my subscription and why as the payment was not late. &amp;nbsp;Also I need the service resuming asap&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks Alison Hoades&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
