After doing that connect the main box first. Now in order to get a successful connection all boxes need to be on the same standby setting- To get to the standby settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press&amp;nbsp;Home&amp;nbsp;on your Sky Q remote and select&amp;nbsp;Settings, then&amp;nbsp;Setup.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Preferences, followed by&amp;nbsp;Standby mode,&amp;nbsp;and select the setting you want&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend putting each box on Active for the standby setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next what you will do, is on the main box&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press&amp;nbsp;Home&amp;nbsp;on your Sky Q remote and select&amp;nbsp;Settings, then&amp;nbsp;Status&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go down to "Watch on Sky Q mini box" and press Reactivate&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now you will do the same to each mini box except instead of saying "Watch on Sky Q mini box", It will say "Connection to Sky Box".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will now restart the mini box and it should work, if not you might need a connectivity engineer and I suggest you call Sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mini box will no connect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to turn my sky Q box off. After turning it back on it will not connect with the mini box I have in my bedroom . I've done what the online menu says but only get to step 2 and no further&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
