Sky Q reset - data/history

Hi everyone,

Is there a way of performing a reset of our Sky Q box? Specifically, I'm wondering whether there is a quick fix to reset our viewing history/app logins/'Continue Watching'/ downloads etc.

To reset any viewing history on content viewed via the apps you'll need to log in to each service via their website, whether it's BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Ch4, Netflix, Disney+, etc, and access it there. That's the only way to remove things from your viewing history - you can't do it via the apps themselves on a Q box.

For BBC iPlayer for example, you can go to this website: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/watching and the option to 'remove' sits below each programme you're watching/have watched.
