Wifi connection keeps failing

Hi all, I have sky q, also virgin broadband. My sky q keeps telling me no Internet connection. However everything else that is connected to the WiFi is still working OK. Any ideas. I have tried reseting several times and still the same. Works OK for a short time and the nothing

Hi @Grumpybampy1964

Any chance you connect your Q box by Ethernet to your router?

Did this of that but the main box and router are to far apart

Seems to work OK for a short period. 1 or 2 days then fails. Have to keep re entering the wifi password
