    <description>&lt;P&gt;The source for my sky q box has reset itself to freeview so I am just seeing 'no signal' on a blue screen, and pressing 'home' does not change that. To change the sourceI should press source on my remote, then scroll down to hdmi. The problem is that when i try to scroll up and down using the buttons on the remote, nothing happens. I have checked the batteries. I have checked that the remote is paired. I have turned eveything off, waited 5 minutes and turned it all on again. Still no result. So I can't watch the tv at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1972286"&gt;@alison+morgan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to use the remote that came with your TV, not the Sky Q remote, to select the HDMI input that your Sky Q box is connected to. Once you've done that you can go back to using the Sky remote.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
