Sky Q wont connect to sky router but finds it ok

My Sky Q box lost connection to my sky Internet.

If you go through reset etc it finds the sky router, displays name but won't connect to it at all.

I can connect to a hit spot on my phone that is in turn using the sky router and my kids are both on x Box live all ok.

I have reset all equipment but still get same result.

Please help

Hi @Donnyrecovery

If you are carrying out a Network reset on your Q box are you following instructions to press the WPS button on the router?

(Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

Yes done the WPS button etc, it finds the router and displays its name etc and connects to the router just doesn't get any Internet.

The router is supplying Internet to 4 x mobile phones and 2 x xboxes as its always done.

If you connect sky q to my mobile for Internet then it works fine.

Yes I have turned off and separately reset all equipment, several times.
