      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I terminated my contract on 4th of May and I am waiting for return packing of my broadband equipments. However, I received the reminder from you to return my equipment.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Contractually it's your onus to return the equipment - regardless of whether return packing is received or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend using your own packaging (as above) and keep the proof of posting (indefinitely).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
