      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I switched from Sky Q to Stream but didn't get on with Stream so cancelled it. I returned all my Q equipment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I miss the Q box so &amp;nbsp;I've just rang up and got a £5 monthly Sky Essentials deal but someone has to come out and install a new box again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did query this with the agent but was told as I cancelled before I have to have a Sky install again instead of a box being posted out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this correct? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
