Installed new router main box fine but can not get mini box to work either wont turn on or running welcome message remote not working with it

Hi @lorrainevburns Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?

Hi @lorrainevburns

have you tried turning on the mini by pressing the Standby button on the front right of the mini (Amber led)?

If this turns on the mini try completely resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
